摘 要:针对某区域的侏罗系油井动液面以下段内腐蚀套损问题,以重点腐蚀段长效防护为目标,研制并试验了耐温阳极工具的套管保护技术。为评价其保护效果,依据阴极保护相关规范,开展理论计算研究、数值模拟计算分析和模拟试验验证,获得套管内壁保护电位与保护长度、介质电阻率等参数的关系规律,为保障和优化耐温阳极工具在高腐蚀井中的应用提供指导。Aiming at the long-term protection of casing internal corrosion problems below moving liquid-surface in Jurassic formation of one oilfield district, thermostable sacrifice anode protection technology and tools have been developed and applied to the oilwell. The reliability of sacrifice anode is evaluated using the theoretical calculated analysis, mathematical model and simulation experiments based on cathodic protection recommended practices. The relationships of surface protective potential, distance and medium resistance ratio have been achieved for field application of thermostable anode tools.
