摘 要:针对西北某油田三相分离器严重腐蚀问题,通过金相分析、化学成分分析、X射线衍射分析、细菌培养、腐蚀产物微观表征、腐蚀模拟实验、泥垢对腐蚀的影响及涂层性能测试等对三相分离器材质进行腐蚀失效原因分析,并提出了相应的防治对策。结果表明:三相分离器水线以下内壁首先发生氧腐蚀,并且在由垢层产生的闭塞电池导致的自催化效应与细菌腐蚀的协同作用下,三相分离器水线以下罐体内壁发生快速腐蚀。由腐蚀对策研究成果可知,对三相分离器的材质进行优选,或改变分离器结构可有效改善腐蚀情况。Aiming at the serious corrosion problem of the three-phase separator in northwest oilfield, metallographic analysis, chemical composition analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, bacterial culture, micro-characterization of corrosion products, corrosion simulation tests, the influence of mud scale on corrosion coating performance test were applied to analyze the specific reasons causing the corrosion failure. The corresponding prevention countermeasures have been proposed. The results show that the oxygen corrosion firstly occurs on the inner wall of the three-phase separator below the waterline. The rapid corrosion occurs on the inner wall of the tank below the waterline under the synergistic reaction of the autocatalytic effect and bacterial corrosion caused by the blocking battery because of the scale layer. According to the results of corrosion countermeasures investigation, the corrosion situation can be effectively improved by optimizing the material of the three-phase separator or changing the structure of the separator.
