摘 要:天然气脱硫是天然气处理的重要组成部分,对超重力技术与甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)脱硫法结合研究,探究超重力场对脱硫效率的影响。研究表明,脱硫液浓度、流量、温度对硫化氢脱除有积极影响,脱硫效率随着转速的增加先增大后减小,随气体流量的增加而减小。MDEA溶液再生次数与脱硫率呈反比。在实验的基础上,探讨了产生现象的原因,并得到了最佳脱硫工艺条件,使天然气脱硫率控制在99%以上。Natural gas desulfurization is an important part of natural gas treatment.The combination of supergravity technology and methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)desulfurization method was studied to explore the effect of hypergravity field on desulfurization efficiency.The research showed that the concentration,flow rate and temperature of the desulfurization liquid had a positive effect on the removal of hydrogen sulfide.The desulfurization efficiency first increased and then decreases with the increase of the rotational speed,and decreased with the increase of the gas flow rate.The number of regenerations of MDEA solution was inversely proportional to the desulfurization rate.On the basis of the experiment,the reasons for the phenomenon were discussed,and the optimal desulfurization process conditions were obtained,so that the desulfurization rate of natural gas was controlled above 99%.
