摘  要:字节跳动后海中心大厦结构高度146 m,共32层,塔楼西南侧带一跨5层裙房,结构高度23.8 m,地下室共4层,埋深20.1 m。地上塔楼采用型钢混凝土外框柱+钢筋混凝土核心筒+钢梁的混合结构体系,基础采用端承摩擦型旋挖灌注桩。结构存在大悬挑、室外空间斜板、外框斜柱、穿层柱、楼板不连续等设计难点。采用两种不同的计算程序分析室外空间斜板在水平荷载作用下楼层剪力的传递规律;采用CQC与时程法对大悬挑结构的竖向地震作用进行验算;对悬挑露台进行舒适度计算并采用TMD进行舒适度控制;分析斜柱转折楼层在重力荷载作用下的楼板应力,采取增加板厚及配筋的加强措施;对复杂关键节点进行有限元分析。分析表明,对结构关键部位采取相应的加强措施可满足正常使用和既定的抗震性能目标要求。Shenzhen ByteDance Houhai Center Building is a 32-story building,with a height of 250.53 meters.The southwest side of the tower is equipped with a 5-story podium with a span,with a height of 23.8 meters,and the basement has 4 floors,with a buried depth of 20.1 meters.The tower adopts the hybrid structure system of steel reinforced concrete outer frame column+reinforced concrete core tube+steel beam,and the foundation adopts end bearing friction rotary cast-in-place pile.There are some design difficulties in the structure,such as large cantilever,outdoor space inclined plate,outer frame inclined column,through floor column,floor discontinuity and so on.Analysis of storey shear transfer law of outdoor space inclined under horizontal load by two different calculation programs;Using CQC and time history analysis method to calculation vertical seismic action of large cantilever structure;Comfort calculation and TMD con‐trol of cantilevered terrace;Analysis of slab stress of inclined column turning floor under gravity load and strengthening measures of increas‐ing slab thickness and reinforcement;Finite element analysis of complex key nodes;The analysis results show that the corresponding strengthening measures for key parts of the structure can meet the requirements of normal use and established seismic performance objectives.
