摘 要:广东省粤东某机场航站区扩建工程航站楼屋盖为双层双曲面焊接球钢网架,网架在地面(楼面)操作架上拼装完成后,通过液压机整体提升到混凝土柱顶。该工程具有可用施工场地狭小、体量大、造型复杂、工期紧、不停航等特点。为了确保焊接质量、节省工期以及施工安全,且目前国内钢网架的整体提升技术也已经成熟,故工程采用地面拼装、分区整体提升、空中焊接合拢的施工技术,降低了高空作业的风险及施工措施成本,节省了工期,同时施工质量整体把控更进一步,采用该施工技术解决了大体积异型屋面钢网架施工的难题。The roof of an airport terminal expansion project in eastern Guangdong Province is a double-layer hyperbolic welded spherical steel grid.After the grid is assembled on the ground(floor)operating frame,it is lifted to the top of the concrete column through the hy‐draulic press.The project has the characteristics of small available construction site,large volume,complex shape,tight construction period and uninterrupted navigation.In order to ensure the welding quality,save the construction period and construction safety,and the overall lift‐ing technology of the domestic steel grid has been mature at present,the construction technology of ground assembly,partition overall lift‐ing and aerial welding closure is adopted in this project,which reduces the risk of aerial work and the cost of construction measures,saves the construction period,and further controls the overall construction quality.The construction technology solves the problem of the construc‐tion of large-volume special-shaped roof steel grid.
