摘　　要：目的以循证方法评价双黄连注射液临床上用于病毒性肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法检索万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学数据库,收集1990—2020年双黄连注射剂治疗病毒性肺炎的相关文献,根据纳入标准与剔除标准筛选文献,按Jadad评分标准评价文献质量,进行异质性检验选择分析模型,采用Cochrane协作网提供的revman5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11篇中文文献,包括1261例患者,治疗组660例,对照组601例。Meta分析结果显示,双黄连注射剂治疗组在退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、平喘时间及治疗总有效率等方面均优于对照组。结论双黄连注射剂用于治疗病毒性肺炎疗效肯定,安全性高,预后良好,不良反应较少。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Shuanghuanglian injection for clinical viral pneumonia by the evidence-based method.Methods Literatures related to the treatment of viral pneumonia by the Shuanghuanglian injection from the 1990 to 2020 were collected from the Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database,China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)and China Biomedical Database.Literatures were screened according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and the literature quality was evaluated according to the Jadad scoring criteria.The heterogeneity test was used to select the analysis model,and the Meta-analysis was performed with the revman 5.3 software provided by the Cochrane collaboration.Results A total of 11 Chinese literatures were included,including 1261 patients,of whom 660 were in the treatment group and 601 in the control group.The Meta-analysis showed that the Shuanghuanglian injection group was superior to the control group in the fever abatement time,cough disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappearance time,anti-asthmatic time and total effective rate.Conclusion The Shuanghuanglian injection has definite curative effect in treating viral pneumonia,with high safety,good prognosis and few adverse reactions.
