优质护理模式在呼出气一氧化氮测定哮喘患者气道炎性反应评估中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理模式在呼出气一氧化氮测定哮喘患者气道炎性反应评估中的效果。方法2019年10月至2020年6月,选取本院接收的56例哮喘患者作为观察对象,并通过随机数字表法将其分为两组,即常规组和研究组,每组各28例。在患者接受呼出气一氧化氮测定过程中,常规组实施常规护理模式,而研究组在常规护理基础上实施优质护理模式,就两组的测定完成情况、检查舒适度、检测期间不良反应发生率及护理满意度评分进行比较。结果研究组的测定完成有效率为96.43%、检查舒适度为92.86%均明显高于常规组的75.00%、71.43%(P<0.05);同时研究组检测期间的不良反应发生率(7.14%)明显低于常规组(35.71%)(P<0.05);且研究组的护理满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在呼出气一氧化氮测定哮喘患者气道炎性反应评估中实施优质护理模式,能进一步提高测定有效率及检查舒适度,并减少检测过程中的不良反应,提升患者对护理的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing mode in the evaluation of airway inflammatory response of asthmatic patients by determination of exhaled nitric oxide.Methods A total of 56 asthma patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected as objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely,the conventional group and the experimental group,with 28 cases in each group.In the process of measurement of exhaled nitric oxide,the conventional group received the conventional nursing mode,while the experimental group received the high-quality nursing mode on the basis of conventional nursing.The measurement completion,examination comfort,incidence of adverse reactions during the measurement and patients′satisfaction with nursing of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate and comfort level were both significantly higher in the experimental group(96.43%and 92.86%)than those of the conventional group(75.00%and 71.43%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the experimental group(7.14%)than that in the conventional group(35.71%)(P<0.05).The patients′satisfaction with nursing was higher in the experimental group than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the determination of exhaled nitric oxide,high-quality nursing mode can improve the determination efficiency and examination comfort,reduce adverse reactions in the detection process,and improve patients′satisfaction with nursing in the assessment of airway inflammatory reaction of asthma patients.
