摘　　要：法洛四联症是青紫型先天性心脏病中最常见的一种。随着手术技术的进步,多数法洛四联症术后患者可达到远期生存,但常面临右心室功能障碍等问题。超声心动图作为法洛四联症患者术后主要随访手段之一,其对于右心室功能的评价正受到更多的重视。因此,本文拟将超声心动图对右心室功能的常用评价指标在法洛四联症术后患者中的应用进行综述,以期为临床提供新思路。Tetralogy of Fallot(TOF)is one the most common cyanotic congenital heart diseases.With the advancement of surgical techniques,most patients can achieve long term survival.However,they often encounter right ventricular dysfunction in the late course.Echocardiogram,one of the major techniques used in the postoperative follow-up,is assuming a growing role in the assessment of right ventricular function.Hereby,we reviewed the echocardiographic indices for right ventricular systolic function commonly used in the follow-up of TOF patients,so as to provide new insights into their treatment.
