摘　　要：高等职业教育以职业为导向,重视对高职生职业心理的关注与辅导,有利于高质量地培养高职生职业心理素质。文章提出了开展高职生职业心理素质培养的途径,旨在关注高职生职业心理素质,加强职业心理辅导,完善高职生综合职业素养,指导和帮助学生们做好创就业准备,顺利进入职场。Higher vocational education is career-oriented.Paying attention to and providing counseling services for vocational psychology of students in vocational institutes will be conducive to the cultivation of vocational psychological quality of students in higher vocational institutes.The paper proposed ways to develop the vocational psychological quality of vocational institute students,aiming at paying attention to vocational psychological quality of vocational institute students,strengthening vocational psychological counseling,improving comprehensive vocational quality of vocational institute students,guiding and helping students to prepare for career smoothly.
