摘  要:以猪血粉为原料,磷酸为活化剂,用化学活化法制备原位氮掺杂活性炭(BN-AC),并用于苯胺的吸附。采用元素分析、FTIR、XPS等分析方法研究了BN-AC的理化性质。分析结果表明BN-AC比表面积为461.0 m^(2)·g^(-1),总孔容为0.3 cm^(3)·g^(-1)。BN-AC表面含有吡啶氮、吡咯氮和石墨氮,成功地保留了血粉中的N成分。BN-AC吸附苯胺的吸附动力学表明,BN-AC对苯胺的吸附过程更满足Pseudo二阶动力学模型。吸附等温线表明BN-AC对苯胺的吸附符合Freundlich等温线,吸附过程为外部液膜扩散、表面吸附和颗粒内扩散的双分子层吸附。吸附热力学表明吸附过程为自发、吸热且物理和化学吸附结合。In situ nitrogen-doped activated carbon(BN-AC)was prepared by chemical activation method with pig blood as raw material and phosphoric acid as activator,and used for the adsorption of aniline.The physicochemical properties of BN-AC were tested by elemental analysis,FTIR and XPS.The results showed that the specific surface area of BN-AC was 461.0 m^(2)·g^(-1),and the total pore volume was 0.3 cm^(3)·g^(-1).The surface of BN-AC contained pyridine nitrogen,pyrrole nitrogen and graphite nitrogen,which successfully retained the N component from blood.The adsorption kinetics of BN-AC on aniline showed that the adsorption process of BN-AC on aniline was more suitable to Pseudo second-order kinetics model.The adsorption isotherm showed that the adsorption of aniline by BN-AC conformed to the Freundlich isotherm,and the adsorption process consists of external liquid film diffusion,surface adsorption and intra-particle diffusion bilayer adsorption.The adsorption thermodynamics showed that the adsorption process was spontaneous,endothermic and physical and chemical adsorption.
