摘　　要：车企业的售后服务信息工程师可以基于Windchill服务功能模块,开发结构化的售后资料内容,并且开发成多种形式进行交付。文章首先介绍售后资料的开发交付背景,其次对比了传统售后资料编制方式和基于DITA技术的结构化手册创作方式,最后介绍了Windchill服务模块。售后服务信息工程师利用此模块可以实现结构化的手册创作及多渠道发布。After sales service information engineers of vehicle enterprises can develop structured after-sales information content based on Windchill service function module and deliver it in various forms. Firstly, this paper introduces the development and delivery background of after-sales materials;Secondly, it compares the traditional after-sales data compilation method with the structured manual creation method based on Dita technology;Then the Windchill service module is introduced. Using this module, the after-sales service information engineer can realize structured manual creation and multi-channel release.
