摘　　要：随着整个社会信息化的不断发展,个人电子累计存储的文档资料一般都有数据量大、类型杂乱、信息重复等特点,并且随着时间的推移,一些不常用的文档就容易变成"僵尸文件"。电子文档信息管理混乱以及利用效率低下是导致这些现象的主要原因。针对上述现状本文进行相关的系统分析与设计,为提高个人电子文档信息管理效率提供了借鉴方案。With the continuous development of the informatization of the entire society, the accumulated personal electronic documents generally have the characteristics of large amount of data, messy types, and duplication of information. As time goes by,some infrequently used documents can easily become "zombie files". The chaotic management of electronic document information and low utilization efficiency are the main reasons leading to these phenomena. In view of the above-mentioned current situation,this paper carries out related system analysis and design, which provides a reference plan for improving the efficiency of personal electronic document information management.
