摘  要:鉴于国内尚无Ti55531钛合金镀铬工艺标准,参考TC18钛合金镀铬工艺设计了3种工艺。对比了它们所得镀层的结合力、显微硬度和孔隙率,最终选择对Ti55531钛合金先镀乳白铬再镀硬铬。采用该工艺电镀所得铬镀层的结合力、孔隙率和显微硬度均满足要求。As for the absence of domestic chromium electroplating standard for Ti55531 titanium alloy,three processes were designed according to the chromium electroplating of TC18 titanium alloy.The adhesion,microhardness,and porosity of the chromium coating obtained by the three processes were compared.It was determined to conduct milky white chromium electroplating on Ti55531 titanium alloy surface prior to hard chromium electroplating.The adhesion,microhardness,and porosity of the chromium coating obtained thereby were qualified.
