摘　　要：针对因镀层质量而引起的电接触转换失效现象,分析了电接触材料上镀层存在的缺陷对电接触转换可靠性的影响。通过调整镀层结构以及采取适当的后处理措施,此类失效故障明显降低。In view of the contact switching failure caused by the coating quality,the effects of the defects in coatings plated on electrical contact materials on the reliability of electrical contact switching was analyzed.The failure rate was reduced greatly by adjusting the coating structure and adopting appropriate post-treatments.
