摘　　要：随着“三胎”政策的放开,母婴血型不合新生儿溶血的发病风险上升,该疾病的发生涉及血型血清学领域多个要素,该文就这些要素如何影响该疾病的发生、发展进行简要综述。The risk of neonatal hemolytic disease cause by blood group incompatibility between puerpera and infant is increased,as the liberalization of the three children policy.This disease occurrence is involved the multiple factors in the blood group serology.This paper briefly reviews how these factors affect the occurrence and development of this disease.
