陕西省果品贮藏业发展现状及对策分析

摘　　要：果业是陕西省的优势特色产业,在农民增收中发挥着重要的作用,已成为陕西省乡村振兴的重要产业支撑之一。本文从总量规模、区域发展、建设主体、经营方式等方面详细介绍了陕西省果品贮藏业的发展现状;通过横向对比果业发达国家和国内先进省份,分析了该省在果品贮藏方面存在的问题,提出需立足陕西省果业高质量发展要求,大力发展果品贮藏业,并从扩大库容、提升贮藏质量、优化贮藏政策等几个方面提出了加快果品贮藏业发展的措施和建议。Fruit industry is an advantageous and characteristic industry in Shaanxi province.It plays an important role in increasing farmers’income and has become one of the important industrial supports for rural revitalization in Shaanxi province.In this paper,the development status of fruit storage industry in Shaanxi province was introduced in detail from the aspects of total scale,regional development,construction subject and management mode.By horizontally comparing the fruit industry developed countries and domestic advanced provinces,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the fruit storage industry in Shaanxi province,put forward that we should vigorously develop the fruit storage industry based on the high-quality development requirements of the fruit industry in Shaanxi province,and put forward some measures and suggestions to speed up the development of the fruit storage industry from the aspects of expanding the storage capacity,improving the storage quality and optimizing the storage policies.
