论厥阴病及其临床意义

摘　　要：从《伤寒论》厥阴病提纲证、病机要点及转归,乌梅丸的组方意义及厥阴病的其他证治等方面认识厥阴病,认为厥阴病的提纲证可归纳为上焦有热、中焦寒热交阻、下焦有寒,并对其提纲证的症状进行拓展;厥阴病的病机要点是寒热虚实错杂,寒多热少、虚多实少,病在厥阴,涉及多经,乌梅丸是其主方。厥阴病的病机转归取决于阳气恢复程度,在阴阳交争过程中可出现多种与厥阴病症状或病机相似的病证,临证当谨守病机进行鉴别与治疗。Through the outline of Jueyin chapter in Treatise on Febrile Disease and the significance of Wumei Pills to recognize the Jueyin Disease.It is considered that the outline syndrome of Jueyin disease can be summarized as heat on the upper Jiao,cross-resistance between cold and heat on the middle Jiao,and cold on the lower Jiao.And the symptoms of outline syndrome were expanded.The main pathogenesis of Jueyin disease is a mixture of cold,heat,deficiency and excess,with more cold and less heat,and more deficiency and less excess.The prognosis depends on the recovery degree of Yang Qi.This paper discusses the significance of the formulation of Wumei Pill,and on the basis of the above understanding,puts forward the idea of expanding the clinical application.The pathogenesis of Jueyin disease depends on the degree of Yang Qi recovery.During the process of Yin-Yang conflict,a variety of disease syndromes similar to the symptoms or pathogenesis of Jueyin disease can occur,the differentiation,diagnosis and treatment of the pathogenesis should be closely observed.
