摘　　要：通过学习经典古籍《外科证治全生集》,总结归纳清代名家王维德内科杂证治疗特色及非药物疗法使用经验。综合分析原文认为共含有56首内科杂证验方,王维德治疗特色有四,即善用酒剂起到活血止痛、引血归经、活血祛风、活血生肌以及活血消癥的作用;精于炮制,熟谙汤方、丸散、膏药、茶、酒各种中药剂型及制备技术;倡导药食同源,将常见食物运用于慢性疾病的康复治疗,同时注重其口感;内病外治的非药物疗法主要包括贴敷法、灸法和滴眼法。王维德内科杂证治疗特色与其外科思想相互补充,有利于完善其学术思想体系的整体认识,也可启发内科医生的临床思路。This article is dedicated to analyze the treatment characteristics of miscellaneous internal medicine syndromes in Wai Ke Zheng Zhi Quan Sheng Ji.WANG took advantage of alcohol to promote blood circulation as well as relieve pain.He specialized in processing and was familiar with various traditional Chinese medicine dosage forms such as decoction,pill powder,plaster,tea and wine.Advocating the homology of medicine and food,he applys common food to the rehabilitation treatment of chronic diseases while paying attention to their taste.Non-drug therapy for internal and external diseases mainly includes sticking,moxibustion and eye drops.Combined with his surgical thought,the research on treatment characteristic will enrich WANG Wei-de's academic thought and enlighten clinical abilities.
