基于肾脑相关理论探讨补肾法在中风病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：基于对“肾脑相关理论”的研读和认识,我们认为肾虚在中风病发病过程中起到重要作用。在中医现代化思想指导下,通过微观辨证的思维方式,本研究团队历经三代中医学者传承、创新并结合20余年临床实践,针对中风病提出了以肾虚为本、痰瘀交阻为标的病机认识,认为脑组织坏死可视为肾虚脑消髓减的微观指征,核心梗死周围缺血半暗带以及血肿可视为血瘀的微观指征,梗死及血肿周围水肿可视为痰阻的微观指征,提出肾虚血瘀痰阻是缺血性中风、出血性中风的重要病机,补肾活血化痰是中风病基础治法,拟定相应方剂应用于临床取得了很好的临床疗效。Based on the study and understanding of"kidney brain related theory",we believes that kidney deficiency plays an important role in the pathogenesis of stroke.Under the guidance of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,through the thinking mode of microcosmic syndrome differentiation,the research team has experienced three generations of TCM scholars'inheritance and innovation,combined with more than 20 years of clinical practice,put forward the pathogenesis of stroke,which is based on kidney deficiency and phlegm blood stasis.It is considered that brain necrosis can be regarded as the microscopic indication of kidney deficiency and brain reduction,the ischemic penumbra and hematoma around the core infarction can be regarded as the microscopic indication of blood stasis,and the edema around the infarction and hematoma can be regarded as the microscopic indication of phlegm resistance.It is suggested that kidney deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction are the important pathogenesis of ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke,and tonifying the kidney,promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm are the basic treatment of stroke.The corresponding prescriptions are applied to clinical practice and good clinical effects are achieved.
