基于数据挖掘的芒针疗法临床应用特点研究

摘　　要：目的:研究芒针疗法在相关文献中的临床应用特点,为临床使用芒针治疗疾病提供一定的参考。方法:通过检索中国知网自建库以来有关芒针疗法的临床研究类文献并建立数据库,利用数据挖掘技术对相关文献进行收集、筛选、审核、整理、提取和录入数据后进行统计分析。结果:芒针疗法在临床运用中以内科最多,外科、妇科、皮肤科次之,其中又以中风及其后遗症和腰椎间盘突出症应用居多;芒针多以轻捻缓进法进针,进针角度以直刺最多;针刺及行针手法方面以透刺为主,又常用泻法最常配合毫针刺法使用;芒针在内科中多选用中脘穴,外科则多为秩边穴,其治疗时间以21~30 d居多;芒针疗法在妇科中总有效率为89.69%,内科、外科及皮肤科均在90%以上。结论:芒针疗法在临床多用于内科和外科,多用轻捻缓进法进针且以直刺居多,常用透刺法和泻法,又常配合毫针刺法加强疗效,总疗程一般在1个月以内且在各科均具有很好的疗效。Objective:To study the characteristics of clinical application of awn needle therapy in related literatures,and to provide some references for the clinical use of awn needle in the treatment of diseases.Methods:The clinical research literatures about the treatment of diseases with awn needle therapy were searched,and the database was established.Then the relevant literatures were collected,screened,reviewed,sorted,extracted and statistically analyzed by using data mining technology.Results:Awn needle therapy in clinical application was most used in internal medicine,followed by surgery,gynecology and dermatology;in addition,stroke and its sequelae as well as lumbar disc herniation are mostly used;awn needle is usually inserted by light twisting and slow inserting method;the angle of needle insertion is most by perpendicularly inserting;in terms of needling manipulation technique,penetration needling method is mainly used,and cathartic method is commonly used;awn needle is most often used in cooperation with filiform needling method;in awn needle therapy,Zhongwan point is mostly selected in internal medicine and Zhibian point in surgery;the treatment time is mostly 21~30 days;awn needle total effective rate of more than 90%in internal medicine,surgery and dermatology,in addition to gynecology with 89.69%.Conclusion:In clinic,awn needle therapy is mainly used in internal medicine and surgery.It is usually inserted by light twisting and slow inserting method,perpendicularly inserting method penetration and catharsis are often used,and filiform needling method are often cooperated.The total course of treatment is generally within 1 month,and it has a good effect in all departments.
