摘　　要：中医证候动物模型的建立在现代医学研究疾病发展及转归、评价药物作用疗效上具有重要意义。目前,诸多学者基于“病证结合”理念建立了多种腹泻型肠易激综合征中医病证结合动物模型,但是这些病证结合模型仍存在一些问题,如对中医证候评价指标过于主观,缺乏充足的实验定量证据;不同的中医证型使用相同的造模方法容易造成脏腑兼病证候的混淆,甚至有的模型存在有重病轻证或有病无证的嫌疑等。本文旨在对现有的腹泻型肠易激综合征中医病证结合动物模型进行研究,提出当前存在的普遍问题并总结出切实可行的复制方法,改善和创新中医病证结合动物模型的构建思路,从而更好地阐明中医药治疗肠易激综合征的机制和科学内涵。The establishment of animal model of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome is of great significance in modern medical research on the development and outcome of diseases and in evaluating the efficacy of drugs.At present,many scholars have established a variety of disease and TCM syndrome combined with animal model of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)based on the concept of"combination of disease and syndrome".However,there are still some problems in these models:the evaluation indexes of TCM syndrome are too subjective and lack sufficient quantitative experimental evidence;different TCM syndromes use the same modelling method,which can easily cause confusion between the syndrome of combined visceral diseases;some models are even suspected of being more disease than syndrome or having disease without syndrome,etc.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the existing disease and TCM syndrome combined with animal model of IBS-D,presenting the common problems and summarizing the feasible replication methods,and improve the construction of the combination of disease and TCM syndrome animal model,so as to better elucidate the mechanisms and scientific connotations of TCM in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
