智慧社区背景下用药监测系统的发展现状及未来展望

摘　　要：文章综述了用药监测在慢性病管理中的重要性,对老人、子女、医生、社区药房、政府监管部门等用户群体及其需求进行了分析,并将目前产品分为四大类:智能药盒、智慧药房、医生用药监测系统,以及国外全流程用药监测系统。我们对目前已有文献研究和技术产品进行分析总结,提出智慧社区层级的用药监测系统。在此基础上,对中国用药监测的现状问题和发展趋势进行展望。This paper reviews the importance of medication monitoring in chronic disease management, analyses user groups such as the elderly, children, doctors, community pharmacies and government regulators and their needs, and divides current products into four main categories: smart pill boxes, smart pharmacies, doctors’ medication monitoring systems, and foreign full-process medication monitoring systems. We analyze and summarize the existing literature and technical products and propose a medication monitoring system at the smart community level. On this basis, we provide an outlook on the current issues and development trends of medication monitoring in China.
