摘　　要：在对国内开发区的发展趋势及其当前面临的问题进行剖析的基础上,以日本筑波科学城为典型案例进行研究,分析其发展历程中出现的问题和转型经验,并从中获得启示与教训,为中国的开发区发展与转型提供参考。Based on the analysis of the development trend and current problems of development zones in China, this paper takes the Scientific Town of Tsukuba in Japan as a typical case study, analyzes the problems and transformation experience in the development, and obtains enlightenment and lessons from it to provide reference for the development and transformation of China’s development zones.
