中药提取物对凌云乌鸡免疫器官组织形态学的影响

摘　　要：为了研究中药提取物对凌云乌鸡免疫器官组织形态学的影响,试验选取1200只1日龄凌云乌鸡进行为期42 d的育雏阶段饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为2组,每组3个重复,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+中药提取物500 mg·kg^(-1),饲养试验结束时,每个重复组随机抽样20只鸡进行解剖,摘取法氏囊和脾脏进行称重,同时对法氏囊、脾脏和胸腺中的T、B淋巴细胞进行检查。结果表明:试验组的脾脏重和法氏囊重均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组免疫器官中的T和B淋巴细胞相对数量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。说明中药提取物能显著促进凌云乌鸡法氏囊和脾脏的发育,明显增加免疫器官中T和B淋巴细胞相对数量。The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb extract on immune organs and histomorphology of Lingyun silky fowl.A total of 1200 Lingyun silky fowls were randomly assigned to two groups,each group had three repeats.The control group was provided with basic diet,the while test group was fed with basic diets added Chinese herb extract for 42 days.The results showed that test group was significant difference in comparing spleen and bursal weight(P<0.05).The numbers of T-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes were much better than that of control group(P<0.05).The conclusion of the study was Chinese herb extract can effectively improve immune function of immune organs.
