摘  要:为了提高核电应急凸轮轴的使用寿命,利用激光增材制造技术成功制备了不同含碳量的CrNiV系低合金钢.采用SEM、EDS、XRD、EBSD、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损实验机分析了CrNiV系低合金钢的显微组织、相组成、晶粒尺寸、显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:CrNiV系低合金钢的组成相为马氏体,随着C含量的增加,出现少量碳化物,马氏体平均晶粒尺寸减小;当碳含量由0.084%提高到0.26%时,低合金钢显微硬度提高,磨损体积由8.97×10^(6)μm 3减小到3.48×10^(6)μm 3,耐磨性明显提高.In order to improve the service life of nuclear power emergency camshaft,CrNiV series low alloy steels with different carbon contents were successfully prepared by using laser additive manufacturing technology.SEM,EDS,XRD,EBSD,microhardness tester and friction and wear tester were used to analyze the microstructure,phase composition,grain size,microhardness as well as friction and wear properties of CrNiV series low alloy steels.The results show that the phase composition of CrNiV series low alloy steels is martensite,a small quantity of carbides will appear with the increase of C content,and the average grain size of martensite decreases.When the carbon content increases from 0.084%to 0.26%,the microhardness of low alloy steels increases,the abrasion volume reduces from 8.97×10^(6)μm 3 to 3.48×10^(6)μm 3,and the wear resistance gets enhanced obviously.
