摘 要:为了研究炭黑(CB)增强三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)硫化胶的力学性能与Mullins效应,探讨了CB含量对Mullins效应的影响.结果表明:随着CB含量的增加,EPDM硫化胶的拉伸强度、弹性模量均明显提高,Mullins效应表现明显;单轴循环拉伸过程中,在特定拉伸应变下最大应力、内耗和阻尼因子均在第一次循环拉伸时达到最大值,第二次循环拉伸时则显著下降,之后缓慢下降;随着循环次数的增加,瞬时残余形变增大;随着拉伸应变的增加,最大拉伸应力和内耗显著增大,EPDM硫化胶的Mullins效应明显增强.In order to study the mechanical properties and Mullins effects of carbon black(CB)reinforced ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM)vulcanizates,the influence of CB content on Mullins effects was investigated.The results show that both tensile strength and elastic modulus of EPDM vulcanizates significantly increase with the increase of CB content,and the Mullins effects are obvious.During the uniaxial cyclic tensile process and under the specific tensile strain,the maximum stress,internal friction and damping factors all reach the maximum values at the first cyclic tensile process,then decrease significantly in the second cyclic tensile process,but decrease gradually later on.The instantaneous residual deformation increases with the increase of cycle times.With the increase of tensile strain,the maximum tensile stress and the internal friction increase significantly,and the Mullins effects of EPDM vulcanizates get enhanced obviously.
