摘 要:针对煤矿用支架液压系统乳化液过滤问题,开发一种可在不拆解条件下实现滤芯反向清洗的反冲洗过滤站,基于AMESim建立反冲洗过滤站的仿真模型,研究了反冲洗工况的系统压力、流量和液控主阀启闭性能,并对过滤站的反冲洗功能进行了定性试验.结果表明:反冲洗过滤站可以顺利实现反冲洗功能;反冲洗时绝大部分流量经反冲洗口排出,系统处于低压状态;负载和未反冲洗滤芯的堵塞会对反冲洗功能产生影响,负载越小,反冲洗启动换向时间越长,严重时会导致不能完全开启;未冲洗滤芯压差越大,液控主阀不能完全开启现象越严重.Aiming at the problem of emulsion filtration in the hydraulic support system for coal mine,a backwashing filter station which can realize the reverse cleaning of filter element without disassembling was developed.The simulation model of backwashing filter station based on AMESim was established,the system pressure,flow and the open-close performance of main valve for hydraulic control under backwashing condition were studied,and the backwashing function of filter station was qualitatively tested.The results show that the backwashing filter station could successfully realize the backwashing function,most of the flow was discharged through the backwashing port during processing,and the system was under low pressure state.The loading and blocking un-backwashed filter elements affected the backwashing performance.The smaller the loading,the longer the start time for backwashing reversal.In serious cases,it would be opened incompletely,the greater the pressure difference of the unwashed filter element,the more incompletely opened main valve for hydraulic control.
