摘  要:为了提高安全套的工业化生产,利用机器视觉来代替人工检测安全套表面缺陷.柱状物体由于自身形状的原因,图像两侧边缘部分存在着不同程度的信息压缩,针对模具棒上安全套图像边缘存在的压缩问题,建立了数学模型并进行了计算.基于柱面投影原理,推导了柱面正投影表达式,得到了柱面反投影公式.根据该公式实现了柱面展开,解决了图像两侧边缘压缩导致的缺陷不易检测问题.结果表明,该方法可以准确检测出安全套的表面缺陷.In order to enhance the industrial production of condoms,the machine vision instead of manual work was employed for surface defect detection of condoms.Due to the shape of cylindrical object,there are varying degrees of information compression on two image edges.Aiming at the compression problem of condom image edges on model rod,a mathematical model was established and calculated.Based on the principle of cylindrical projection,a cylindrical forward-projection expression was derived,and a cylindrical back-projection formula was obtained.According to the as-proposed formula,the cylindrical expansion was realized,and the problem of defect detection caused by the information compression on two image edges was solved.The results show that the as-proposed method can accurately detect the surface defects of condoms.
