摘  要:《导游队伍建设意见》的提出和"十四五"文化和旅游发展规划的发布,为解决导游人员薪酬问题提供了新思路。通过对当前导游薪酬背景、薪酬构成及原因分析,从三个层面对导游薪酬体系的构建落地提出相关对策:1.政府层面,加强"四位一体"管理体系建设,以市场为主导,增强监管力度,积极推进导游自由执业;2.导游层面,加强自身建设,提高自身能力;3.企业层面,以直接薪酬和间接薪酬为把手,提出构建导游薪酬的方法。The proposal of"Opinions on the Construction of Tour Guide Team"and the release of the"14 th Five-Year Plan"for culture and tourism development provide new ideas for solving the salary problem of tour guides.Based on the analysis of the background,composition and causes of the current salary of tour guides,relevant countermeasures are proposed for the construction and implementation of the salary system of tour guides from three aspects:1.At the government level,strengthen the construction of"four-in-one"management system,take the market as the leader,enhance the supervision and actively promote the free practice of tour guides;2.At the tour guide level,strengthen self-construction and improve self-ability;3.At the enterprise level,propose the method of constructing the tour guide salary with direct salary and indirect salary as the handle.
