肺癌标志物CA15-3、CA125表达与肺癌病理特征的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺癌患者病理特征与肿瘤标志物CA15-3、CA125的相关联系。方法:择选41例非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,另选41例良性病变患者为对照组,取患者癌组织及周边组织进行切片处理,并进行免疫组化染色,应用化学发光法检测患者CA15-3、CA125的表达及阳性率,并通过患者病理特征表现分析其内在联系。结果:研究组癌组织CA15-3、CA125表达水平及阳性率皆高于周边组织,且显著高于良性病变患者的对照组(P<0.05);CA15-3、CA125水平在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者中表达更高,并且与出现淋巴结转移存在正相关,与年龄、性别、组织类型、分化程度等指标无关。结论:CA15-3、CA125在肺癌晚期患者中呈现高表达,并且与患者的癌症分期及转移程度存在高度正相关性,或参与癌细胞的进展与扩散。Objective:To explore the correlation between the pathological characteristics of lung cancer patients and the tumor markers CA15-3 and CA125.Method:41 patients with non-small cell lung cancer are selected as the research object,and 41 patients with benign lesions are selected as the control group.The cancer tissue and surrounding tissues of the patients are taken for section processing,and immunohistochemical staining is performed.The expression and positive rate of CA125 and CA15-3 is detected by chemiluminescence method,and analyze its internal relationship through the pathological characteristics of patients.Result:The expression levels and positive rates of CA15-3 and CA125 in cancer tissues in the study group are higher than those in the surrounding tissues,and are significantly higher than those in the control group of patients with benign lesions(P<0.05);CA15-3 and CA125 levels are expressed in patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳ.It is higher and is positively correlated with the occurrence of lymph node metastasis,and has nothing to do with indicators such as age,gender,tissue type,and degree of differentiation.Conclusion:CA15-3 and CA125 levels are highly expressed in patients with advanced lung cancer,and are highly positively correlated with the cancer stage and metastasis of the patient,or are involved in the progression and spread of cancer cells.
