摘  要:使用凹凸棒土负载后的含铁离子混合液制备纳米零价铁,在不同条件下对其进行后置硫化改性。实验结果表明,当Fe/S=0.56时,一定温度和时间处理后得到的催化剂对于刚果红溶液的去除率为80%左右,效果较好。由于纳米零价铁易与空气中氧分子反应在表面形成一层膜,从而抑制其部分活性。本实验通过硫化改性形成一层保护层,能够增加纳米铁的稳定性,提高实际废水处理的效率,对纳米零价铁在环境领域的应用具有一定指导意义。In this paper,nano-zero-valent iron is prepared using the iron-containing mixed solution loaded with attapulgite,and post-vulcanization modification is performed under different conditions.The experimental results show that when Fe/S=0.56,the removal rate of temperature and time for the degradation of Congo red solution is about 80%,and the effect is the best.Since nano-zero-valent iron can easily react with oxygen molecules in the air forming a dense film on the surface,this ferrite film inhibits part of its activity.In this work,a protective layer is formed by sulfurization modification,which can increase the stability of nano-iron and improve the efficiency of its application in actual wastewater treatment.It has certain guiding significance for the application of nano-zero-valent iron in the environmental field.
