摘　　要：本文阐述了3种蔬菜废弃物机械预处理方式的工艺流程,简要分析了3种预处理系统除杂和制浆效果,其浆料尺寸和除杂率均可满足后续湿式厌氧发酵处理的进料要求。在蔬菜废弃物处理能力不超过20 t/h时,建议采用"磁选+破碎+制浆筛分+均质"预处理系统,处理效果最好。This paper describes the process flow of three mechanical pretreatment methods of vegetable waste,and briefly analyzes the impurity removal and pulping effects.The slurry particle size and impurity removal rate can meet the feeding requirements of wet anaerobic digestion.When the vegetable waste processing capacity does not exceed 20 t/h,it is recommended to use the magnetic separation+crushing+pulp screening+homogenization pretreatment system,the treatment effect is the best.
