摘  要:从永磁同步电动机的原理出发,以某一款新能源汽车主驱电机为研究对象,对比不同的转子结构,进行建模仿真,分别计算凸极比、反电动势,效率、功率分布图,并对各结构所用永磁体的体积进行计算,再计算单位体积永磁材料输出功率及产生反电动势值,进而比较出不同凸极比的永磁同步电动机输出特性及性价比,供同行参考借鉴。Starting from the principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),taking the main drive motor of a new energy vehicle as the research object,the modeling and simulation were carried out by comparing different rotor structures,the salient pole ratio,back EMF,efficiency and power distribution were calculated respectively.The volume of permanent magnet used in each structure was calculated,and the output power and back EMF value of permanent magnet materials per unit volume were calculated respectively,the output characteristics and cost performance ratio of PMSM with different salient pole ratio were compared,which could be used for reference by peers.
