圆螺母及圆螺母止动垫圈全自动装配设备的开发与研制

摘　　要：鉴于永磁电机转子组件中圆螺母与圆螺母止动垫圈在装配时,存在自动化程度低、劳动强度大、生产效率低等问题,提出一种全自动生产装配设备及自动装配方式。该设备主要运用自动上下料、移栽、精压、锁副、自动翘边、视觉识别系统等措施,实现了装配的高自动化、高生产合格率、低人员配置、操控方便,检测数据、图片、压力曲线等参数实时对接MCS系统等。该全自动装配设备可以应用在永磁电机转子上的圆螺母及圆螺母止动垫圈的全自动化装配,也可适用于同类装配方式的产品。In view of the problems of low automation,high labor intensity and low production efficiency in the assembly of round nut with round nut lock washer in permanent magnet motor rotor assembly,a full-automatic production assembly equipment and automatic assembly method were put forward.The equipment mainly used automatic material loading,transplanting,coining,locking vice,automatic edge warping,visual recognition system to realize high automation,high production qualification rate,low staffing,convenient operation,and real-time docking of detection data,pictures,pressure curves and other parameters with MCS system.The full-automatic assembly equipment can be applied to the assembly of round nut with round nut lock washer on permanent magnet motor rotor,and is also suitable for products with similar assembly methods.
