摘　　要：以二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)与聚己内酯多元醇(PCL)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTME)、聚醚二醇为原料,合成了高透明聚氨酯胶粘剂,测试了胶粘剂的性能。使用高透明聚氨酯胶粘剂在有机玻璃上粘接高透明聚氨酯薄膜制成防护层,并对防护层进行耐热、耐紫外老化、耐磨等性能测试。结果表明:胶粘剂具有良好的附着力和光学性能,还具有良好的耐热性、耐紫外老化性能和较好的耐水性。防护层可以有效降低风砂对有机玻璃表面造成的冲蚀磨损,具有优异的耐风砂防护效果。The high transparent polyurethane adhesive is synthesized with aliphatic polyisocyanate dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate(HMDI),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polycaprolactone polyol(PCL),polytetrahydrofuran ether diol(PTME)and polyether diol as raw materials.The performances of the adhesive are tested.The high-transparent polyurethane adhesive is used to bond the high-transparent polyurethane film on the plexi-glass to make a protective layer,and the properties of the protective layer,such as heat resistance,ultraviolet aging resistance and abrasion resistance,etc.are tested.The results show that the adhesive has good adhesion and optical properties,and it also has a good heat resistance,UV aging resistance and good water resistance.The protective layer can effectively reduce the erosion wear caused by wind sand on the surface of plexiglass and possesses an excellent protective effect against wind sand.
