摘 要:针对废弃白土资源短缺和无法循环利用的问题,提出对志丹废弃白土进行改性,以提高废弃白土的重复利用。对此,以陕北志丹废弃白土为载体,采用离子交换法和等体积浸渍法对废弃脱色白土改性,然后通过LPG吸附脱硫试验对改性后的白土脱硫性能进行验证,并分别探讨了不同制备方法、负载不同金属离子和不同活性助剂浓度对改性白土脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,采用离子交换法负载金属对废弃白土进行改性得到的白土吸附剂的脱硫性能最佳;以浓度为0.1mol/L的Cu(NO_(3))_(2)溶液作为活性助剂得到的改性白土脱硫效果明显。In order to solve the problem that waste clay cannot be reused and lack of clay resources,the ion exchange method and equivalent-vol-ume impregnation method are used to modify the waste clay to prepare an adsorbent with a better desulfurization performance with Zhidan clay of northern Shaanxi as the carrier.Then the LPG adsorption desulfurization test is carried out to test the desulfurization performance of modified clay.The effects of various preparation method,loading with different kinds of metal ion and the concentrations and types of active additives on the desulfuriza-tion performance of modified clay are studied.The results show that the clay modified by ion exchange method has the best desulfurization performance;and with 0.1 mol/L Cu(NO_(3))_(2) solution as the active additive,the modified clay has an obvious desulfurization effect.
