摘  要:优选硅烷改性聚醚预聚物(MS)为主体材料,以气相白炭黑与重质碳酸钙复配填料补强,通过混合偶联剂、增塑剂以及催化剂等溶助剂原料搭配,制备一款拉伸模量低、韧性好、高弹性的硅烷改性聚醚密封胶。试验中考察了补强原料、MS聚合物、偶联剂选型和增塑剂用量调整对MS密封胶综合性能的影响。试验结果发现,以气相白炭黑与重质碳酸钙复配填料补强,A-105与LT-792按1∶1混合作为偶联剂,采用低黏度MS聚合物、增塑剂量15%~20%,所制密封胶柔韧性好、模量低,拉伸强度与断裂伸长率性能较为优异,能够满足密封胶装配密封与粘接实用需求。The silane-modified polyether prepolymer(MS)is used as the main material,and reinforced with fumed silica and heavy calcium carbonate compound filler;then a silane-modified polyether sealant with low tensile modulus,good toughness and high elasticity is prepared through mix-ing coupling agent,plasticizer,catalyst and other solvent raw materials.The effects of reinforcing materials,MS polymer,coupling agent selection and plasticizer dosage adjustment on the overall performance of MS sealants are investigated in the experiment.The test results find that when the com-pound filler of fumed silica and heavy calcium carbonate is used for reinforcement,the A-105 and the LT-792 is mixed with a ratio of 1∶1 as the coupling agent,the MS polymer with low-viscosity is used,and the plasticizer amount is 15%~20%,the prepared sealant has a good flexibility,a low mod-ulus,an excellent tensile strength and elongation at break,and can meet the practical requirements of sealant assembly,sealing and bonding.
