摘 要:在深井、超深井中使用螺杆钻具,对螺杆钻具的使用寿命要求越来越高。制约螺杆钻具的效率和使用寿命的关键部件是传动轴总成。对几种螺杆钻具传动轴总成的结构进行对比分析,选用高耐磨的聚晶金刚石复合片(PDC)制造滑动止推轴承,设计出具有长寿命的PDC轴承传动轴总成。分析了PDC轴承及PDC轴承传动轴总成的结构及关键设计参数。井下试验表明,PDC轴承传动轴总成的使用寿命比常用的推力球轴承传动轴总成的寿命增加2~3倍。The use of screw drilling tools in deep and ultra-deep wells places higher and higher requirements on the service life of screw drilling tools.The key component that restricts the efficiency and service life of screw drilling tools is the drive transmission shaft assembly.The structures of several screw drill transmission shaft assemblies were compared and analyzed.Highly wear-resistant polycrystalline diamond composite(PDC)was used to manufacture sliding thrust bearings,and a PDC bearing drive shaft assembly with long life was designed.The structure and key design parameters of PDC bearing and PDC bearing drive shaft assembly were analyzed.Downhole tests show that the service life of the PDC bearing drive shaft assembly is 2 to 3 times longer than that of the commonly used thrust ball bearing drive shaft assembly.
