摘 要:套管扶正器的合理优选及安放不仅可以提高套管的居中程度、有利于套管下入,还能有效防止水泥浆窜槽,提高顶替效率,确保在管外形成具有良好封隔作用的水泥环,从而提升固井质量。在归纳总结常规套管扶正器分类和技术特点的基础上,介绍了国外几种新型套管扶正器的结构原理和特点。通过软件模拟分析,对套管扶正器的选型及安放组合进行总结分析,得到不同井、况不同工艺下的套管扶正器优选及安放方案。为下套管作业过程中合理选择套管扶正器及安放组合方式提供参考。Proper placement of the casing centralizer can not only improve the centering of the casing and facilitate the running of the casing,effectively prevent the cement slurry from channeling,but also improve the displacement efficiency,to ensure the formation of a cement sheath with good sealing effect outside the pipe,thereby improving the cementing quality.Based on summarizing the classification and technical characteristics of conventional casing centralizers,the structural principles and characteristics of several new foreign casing centralizers were introduced.Through software simulation analysis,the selection and placement of casing centralizers were summarized and analyzed,and the optimization and placement schemes of casing centralizers under different well conditions and processes were obtained.It provides a reference for the reasonable selection of casing centralizers and placement combinations during the casing running operation.
