摘  要:密封性能是水下连接器的设计难点,实现密封的核心部件是金属密封圈。为了分析腐蚀对金属密封圈密封性能的影响,利用SolidWorks建立含有腐蚀缺陷密封圈的水下连接器三维仿真模型,导入ABAQUS进行有限元分析,得到连接器在不同工况下的密封圈应力云图,进而可以得到连接器临界密封功能失效状态。只有当预紧力足够大,使得密圈接触表面发生合理塑性变形时,连接器才能满足密封要求。当介质压力增加时,为了保证连接器的密封性能,最小预紧力需要相应增加;连接器密封性能随密封圈腐蚀程度的加深,会明显降低。Sealing performance is the design difficulty of the underwater connector,and the core component to realize sealing is the metal sealing ring.In order to analyze the influence of corrosion on the sealing performance of metal sealing ring,the three-dimensional simulation model of the underwater connector with corrosion defect sealing ring was established by SolidWorks,and the finite element analysis was imported into ABAQUS to obtain the sealing ring stress nephogram of the connector under different working conditions,to obtain the critical sealing function failure state of the connector.Only when the preload is large enough to cause reasonable plastic deformation on the contact surface of the sealing ring can the connector meet the sealing requirements.When the medium pressure increases,the minimum preload needs to be increased accordingly to ensure the sealing performance of the connector;The sealing performance of the connector will decrease significantly with the deepening of the corrosion degree of the sealing ring.
