摘　　要：目的比较适龄儿童无细胞百白破b型流感嗜血杆菌联合疫苗(DTaP-Hib)单独接种和与其他疫苗同时接种的不良反应报告发生率。方法通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统收集宁波市2018-2020年适龄儿童接种DTaP-Hib后的不良反应个案,比较单独和同时接种的不良反应发生率。结果宁波市2018-2020年适龄儿童接种DTaP-Hib后不良反应总报告发生率为2.76‰(269例)。DTaP-Hib单独接种、与其他疫苗同时接种的不良反应报告发生率分别为4.12‰(204例)、1.35‰(65例)[范围:0.57‰(11例)-10.42‰(1例)];其中一般反应分别为4.12‰(204例)、1.31‰(63例)[范围:0.52‰(10例)-10.42‰(1例)],异常反应分别为0.00‰、0.04‰(2例)[范围:0.00‰-0.05‰(1例)]。结论宁波市适龄儿童DTaP-Hib单独和同时接种的不良反应报告发生率均在可接受范围内,以轻微的一般反应为主。Objective To compare incidences of adverse reaction following vaccination with diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis and Haemophilus influenzae type b combined vaccine(DTaP-Hib) given alone versus given simultaneously with other vaccines.Methods We obtained DTaP-Hib vaccination adverse reaction reports for children vaccinated in Ningbo city in 2018-2020 from the National Immunization Program Information Management System. We compared incidences of adverse reactions between stand-alone and simultaneous vaccination.Results The overall reported incidence of DTaP-Hib adverse reactions was 2.76‰(269 cases) among age-eligible children in Ningbo in 2018-2020. Incidences for stand-alone and simultaneous vaccination were 4.12‰(204 cases) and 1.35‰(65 cases) [range: 0.57‰(11 cases) to 10.42‰(1 case)], respectively. Incidences of common adverse reaction for stand-alone and simultaneous vaccination were 4.12‰(204 cases) and 1.31‰(63 cases) [range: 0.52‰(10 cases) to 10.42‰(1 case)]. Incidences of rare adverse reactions for stand-alone and simultaneous vaccination were 0.00‰ and 0.04‰(2 cases) [range: 0.00‰ to 0.05‰(1 case)].Conclusions The incidences of DTaP-Hib adverse reaction for stand-alone and simultaneous vaccination among age-eligible children in Ningbo were acceptable;most reactions were common and mild.
