摘  要:以四翅滨藜和肉苁蓉为研究材料开展接种技术研究。结果表明:四翅滨藜接种肉苁蓉技术可以用于生产;适宜生境为沙壤土,适宜寄主株龄>2 a,肉苁蓉种子曝晒10 h即可,4月底5月初采用立体接种法,接种深40 cm、距离寄主30 cm,每株接种0.05 g,寄生率可达80%。The inoculation technology research was carried out with Atriplex canescens and Cistanche deserticola as research materials.The results showed that the inoculation technology of Atriplex canescens with Cistanche deserticola could be used in production.The suitable habitat is sandy loam,the suitable host plant age is > 2 years,and the seeds of Cistanche deserticola can be exposed to the sun for 10 hours.The three-dimensional inoculation method is adopted at the end of April and the beginning of May.The inoculation depth is 40 cm and the distance from the host is 30 cm.Each plant is inoculated with 0.05 g,and the parasitic rate can reach 80%.
