摘 要:利用自组装和电沉积交替的方法制备了基于磷钨酸盐K_(28)Li_(5)H_(7)P_(8)W_(48)O_(184)·92H_(2)O(P_(8)W_(48))、碳纳米管和Ni纳米颗粒的复合膜电极,用于NO^(2−)的检测.由于复合膜中P_(8)W_(48),CNTs和Ni纳米颗粒3种活性成分的协同作用,所制备的传感器表现出低的检出限、宽的线性范围和较高的选择性.将该传感器用于检测果汁中的NO^(2−),所得到的回收率在允许的误差范围内.这种复合膜电极传感器有望在实际应用中高度灵敏地检测NO^(2−).A composite film based on a coronal phosphotungstate K_(28)Li_(5)H_(7)P_(8)W_(48)O_(184)·92H_(2)O(P_(8)W_(48)),CNTs and Ni nanoparticles(Ni NPs)was successfully constructed on the glassy carbon electrode(GCE)by using layer-by-layer self-assembly in conjunction with electrodeposition for determination of NO^(2−).The conductivity and detection signal of NO^(2−)of the composite film were greatly increased due to the synergistic effect of the three active components,P_(8)W_(48),CNTs and Ni NPs in composite film.Under the optimized conditions,the as-prepared sensor exhibited impressive sensing performance with a widely linear range from 1.25μmol/L to 2500μmol/L and a low detection limit(LOD)of 0.02μmol/L.The good selectivity was confirmd in presence of several possible co-existing substances.The applica-bility of the method was investigated by determination of NO^(2−)in fruit juice with a satisfied recovery.This composite sensor is promising for highly sensitive determination of NO^(2−)in real application.
