摘  要:介绍煤气化装置低压闪蒸气的工艺特性及不同回收利用途径的优劣和适用工况,提出利用低压闪蒸气驱动蒸汽喷射真空泵代替水环式真空泵的设想方案。以某煤气化装置为例,优化原黑水闪蒸流程,并进行蒸汽喷射真空泵理论计算,论证方案的可行性。结果表明:喷射泵能有效利用低压闪蒸气低位能,节能降耗效果明显。The process characteristics of low pressure flashing steam and the different way to recover the steam in coal gasification plant were described.The advantage and disadvantage of different recovery methods and their application conditions were reviewed.A plan for using low pressure flashing steam to drive steam jet vacuum pump instead of water ring pump was presented.Taking a coal gasification plant as an example,we improved the original black water flashing process,made the theoretical calculation of steam jet vacuum pump,and studied its feasibility.The result shows that the jet pump can effectively use the low level energy from low pressure steam flashing,and can greatly save the energy and consumption.
