摘　　要：介绍空气压缩机运行情况,针对其出口温度上升、打气量不足,严重影响空分装置正常取氧量的问题,从工艺与设备角度分析原因,并采取相应的在线处理措施,有效降低空气压缩机出口温度,处理后压缩机效率明显提高。The operation of air compressor was describe.The temperature at the outlet of the compressor was high,and the discharge from the compressor was not enough,which serious influenced the air intake of air separation unit.We analyzed the reasons from the process and the equipment,and took the on-line treatment measures,which greatly reduced the outlet temperature of air compressor,and enhanced the efficiency of the compressor.
