摘  要:在合成氨装置大修后开车过程中,合成回路废热锅炉发生内漏和外漏故障,影响了装置开车进度。经过对该废热锅炉的外漏故障处理,合成氨装置顺利开车。但由于氨合成废热锅炉的内漏量较小,不影响装置的开车,暂不作处理。针对此情况,为了避免废热锅炉内漏影响氨合成塔催化剂活性和装置安全稳定运行,提出相应工艺操作应对措施。When starting up the synthetic ammonia plant after the overhaul,we found the internal and external leakage of waste heat boiler in the synthetic ammonia loop,which delayed the schedule of start-up.The external leakage was solved,and the plant was starting-up smoothly.The internal leakage was very small,and could hardly impact on the start-up,so it′s neglected at the present time.However the leakage may bring negative impact on the activity of the catalyst and the steady operation of the plant,we presented the countermeasures of the process operation.
