摘 要:采用循环伏安法电化学沉积聚苯胺和电化学还原氧化石墨烯,得到层层自组装石墨烯/聚苯胺复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜、透射电镜对物相结构进行了表征,通过测试不同组装层数下石墨烯/聚苯胺纳米复合电极材料的比电容优化制备工艺,并利用电化学工作站测试其电化学性能。结果表明:制备的聚苯胺/石墨烯复合材料具有优异的赝电容性能,当电流密度为2 mA/cm^(2)时,比电容达到4.78 F/cm^(2),具有优异的倍率性能(电流密度20 mA/cm^(2)对应的比电容为4.12 F/cm^(2)),且具有优异的循环性能(2 mA/cm^(2)电流密度下循环5000次的比电容保持率为97.6%)。Layers of self-assembled graphene/polyaniline composites were prepared by electrochemical deposition of polyaniline and electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide by cyclic voltammetry.The phase structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The specific capacitance of graphene/polyaniline nanocomposite electrode materials were optimized by testing different assembly layers.The electrochemical performance of graphene/polyaniline nanocomposite electrode materials was tested by electrochemical workstation.The results showed that:when the current density was 2 mA/cm^(2),the specific capacitance reached to 4.78 F/cm^(2),and the ratio performance was excellent(the specific capacitance corresponding to the current density of 20 mA/cm^(2) was 4.12 F/cm^(2)).Moreover,it has excellent cycling performance(the specific capacitance retention of 5000 cycles was 97.6%at the current density of 2 mA/g).
