摘  要:氟塑料薄膜由于其优异的耐紫外老化、耐化学腐蚀等特性,已广泛应用于光伏组件背板的耐候层,是光伏发电实现平价上网的关键基础材料。普通的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)薄膜具有横向断裂伸长率低的缺陷,尤其是在老化测试后,其横向断裂伸长率仅为10%左右;随着光伏技术的不断发展,国内PVDF薄膜生产企业通过化学改性、物理改性等方法,改进了薄膜耐老化性能。为了掌握国产氟塑料薄膜最新质量状况,选取国内某公司三代耐低温氟膜,同国产普通PVDF薄膜、进口PVDF薄膜以及PVF薄膜进行耐老化性能比对研究,结果表明改进后的国产薄膜整体耐老化性能表现良好。Fluoroplastic film has been widely used in the weatherproof layer of photovoltaic module backplane due to its excellent UV aging resistance,chemical corrosion resistance,etc.It is the key basic material for realizing photovoltaic power generation on grid at parity.The common PVDF film has the defect of low elongation at vertical,especially after aging test,the elongation at vertical is only about 10%.With the continuous development of photovoltaic technology,domestic PVDF film manufacturers have improved the aging resistance of films by chemical modification,physical modification and other methods.In order to master the latest quality status of domestic fluoroplastic film,the third generation of low temperature resistant fluoroplastic film from a domestic company was selected and compared with domestic ordinary PVDF film,imported PVDF film and PVF film.The results show that the improved film has good aging resistance.
