摘　　要：全过程人民民主,是党的十八大以来深化对民主政治发展规律的认识提出的重大理念,也是对党百年民主政治建设基本经验的科学总结,是运用唯物辩证法关于“过程的集合体”思想研究民主问题取得的重大理论成果,旨在增强民主自信。其历史轨迹是:在新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设时期,找到民主新路,为民主自信奠定制度基础;在改革开放新时期,推进政治体制改革,为民主自信进行实践探索;在中国特色社会主义新时代,发展全过程人民民主,为民主自信进行理论创新。The whole process of people’s democracy is a major idea put forward since the 18th CPC National Congress to deepen the understanding of the law of democratic political development.It is also a scientific summary of the Party’s basic experience in democratic political construction for a century.It is a major theoretical achievement in the study of democracy by using the thought of“process aggregation”of materialist dialectics,which aims to enhance democratic self-confidence.Historically speaking,during the period of the new democratic revolution and that of the socialist revolution and construction,a new way of democracy was found and an institutional foundation for democratic self-confidence was laid down;then in the new period of reform and opening up,the reform of political system has been promoted and the practical exploration for democratic self-confidence has been made;finally,in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we should develop people’s democracy in the whole process and make theoretical innovation for democratic self-confidence.
