摘  要:针对设施农业农产品采摘运输过程费时费力且产量信息收集不准确不全面易丢失的问题,采用STM32单片机、电阻应变式压力传感器、HX711 A/D转换芯片构建了果蔬运输车的称重系统,并利用防脉冲干扰平均滤波算法实现数字滤波,使用USART HMI智能串口屏设计了人机接口,通过GPRS模块上传数据。该系统实现了运输称重一体化、准确全面收集农产品产量信息的功能。The picking and transporting process of agricultural products is laborious and time-consuming in facility agriculture,during which the yield information is incomplete and volatile.Thus,a weighing system for the fruit and vegetable truck was constructed using STM32 single chip microcomputer,resistance strain pressure sensor,and HX711 A/D conversion chip.The anti-pulse interference average filtering algorithm realized digital filtering.The man-machine interface was designed using the USART HMI smart serial screen,and the data was uploaded through the GPRS module.The system integrated weighing with transportation to collecte product output information accurately and comprehensively.
